Yakisoba, literally “fried buckwheat,” is a Japanese noodle stir-fry dish. Yakisoba noodles are actually made from wheat flour and are typically flavored with a Japanese style sauce.
Yet, Yakisoba in Kagoshima is a bit different, it’s separated noodles and sauce.
Actually a lot of stir fried vegetables, seafood and meat on top of the nooldes and noodles are deep fried.
My friend made me a homemade yakisoba and it was amazingly yummy.
If you like light flavor and taste, put some vinegar on it.
